Xbox Live Perfect Dark will feature GoldenEye weapons and levels

The remake of the N64 classic Perfect Dark, was already looking like the greatest Xbox Live Arcade game ever, with its low price of 800 Microsoft Points, it’s 8 player online multiplayer support, the fact it’s released on St. Patrick’s Day, and that it is fricking Perfect Dark! But now there is reason to get even more excited.

When Microsoft bought Rare, people having been wondering when Rare’s superb GoldenEye was going to be coming to Xbox Live. Alas, licencing issues with Nintendo never allowed it. But now Rare have announced that Perfect Dark will include the classic GoldenEye weapons AND multiplayer levels. This is great news for old school fans, and it’s the closest we will ever get to GoldenEye on Xbox. The levels include are; Facility, Temple and Complex. Let’s just hope Oddjob isn’t included…god damn midget….with his karate chops to the knees…

Perfect Dark will be released on Xbox Live Arcade March 17th for 800 Microsoft Points.
