New Call of Duty Announced

It has been announced that the newly formed Sledgehammer Games will be developing a new Call of Duty title for release in 2011. The studio is being headed up by Glen A. Schofield and Michael Condrey whose previous work has included the magnificent Dead Space. It has been announced by Activision that the franchise is looking to branch out from the First Person Shooter genre into a more Action/Adventure setting.
